please follow the simple instructions below to make your return easy and hassle-free.
How do I Return or Exchange a Defective Item? This includes any and
all ordering mistakes caused by TransferTown
- You just create an RMA ticket #.
- To do this simply login to the Your Account page, view your previous orders and click on the order you wish to return.
- Then just click on the item you wish to return
and we will reply promptly to schedule your return or exchange!
- After approval return the original item to us accompanied by the
sales/packing slip and place another order for the item.
- You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing
the new order.
- Once we receive the item. You will be refunded your original purchase price,
plus original shipping & handling cost,
plus your return shipping & handling
cost.
- Credit will be issued in the same manner as your purchase.

sizes" "Incorrect color" "Incorrect design location" etc.
