Shipping:
We ship worldwide by the United States Postal Service.
We make every effort to fill and ship your order on the day we receive it.

To calculate estimated shipping time & cost.

  • Place products into the shopping cart.
  • Select country to be shipped to then zipcode if required.
  • Your purchases should arrive around the time estimated depending on shipping option selected.

In the event of a delay in shipping, we will notify you.

Returns & Exchanges:
Your purchases are guaranteed 100% against defects within 45 days of purchase.

If you receive a defective item
This includes any and all ordering mistakes caused by TransferTown

  • Email us at CustomerService@TransferTown.com
  • After approval return the original item to us accompanied by the sales/packing slip and place another order for the item.
  • You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
  • Once we receive the item. You will be refunded your original purchase price, plus original shipping & handling cost, plus your return shipping & handling cost. 
  • Credit will be issued in the same manner as your purchase.

If you wish to exchange a nondefective product
This includes all ordering mistakes caused by the "Customer" 
"Incorrect sizes" "Incorrect color" "Incorrect design location" etc.

  • Email us at CustomerService@TransferTown.com
  • After approval return the original item to us accompanied by the sales/packing slip and place another order for the item.
  • You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
  • Once we receive the item You will be refunded your original purchase price, minus original shipping & handling cost.
    Return shipping & handling cost will be at your expense
  • Credit will be issued in the same manner as your purchase.
